Romania

Romania and its advantages?

Romania is one of the largest countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the second after Poland. From the political point of view, it is a parliamentary republic with democratic rights guaranteed by the constitution. The geographical position gives it an advantage, granting access to countries of the former U.S.S.R., the Middle East and even North Africa. Romania is covered by a mobile network and well-developed GSM networks, which can deal with and bring added value to any business.
The quality of human resources, due to excellent training and a series of low-cost technical knowledge as compared to the EU average, is one of Romania's competitive advantages. Romanians also have well-acknowledged language skills, both for foreign languages taught in school and at the university (English, German, French, Italian) as well as regional and national minority languages (Hungarian, Serbian and Russian).
The European culture, geographical proximity (an average of 2 hours of flight to any European destination) and a time zone compatible with Western Europe timetables, together with lower costs as compared to Hungary, the Czech Republic or Poland, represent the competitive advantage of Romania.
